Welcome to Nuve. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Nuve App (“Nuve,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing, registering, or using the Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Nuve provides a digital marketplace designed to facilitate connections between individuals or businesses seeking cleaning services (“Customers”) and independent third-party providers offering such services (“Service Providers”).
Nuve’s role is strictly limited to:

Facilitating communication between Users
Nuve does not:

Provide cleaning services directly

Employ or supervise Service Providers

Guarantee outcomes or results of any service
All service arrangements are made directly between Customers and Service Providers.
3. Independent Contractor Relationship
Service Providers available through the Platform are independent contractors and not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of Nuve.
Nuve does not:

Control the manner or method of services performed

Supply tools or equipment

Set working hours or conditions
You acknowledge that:

Service Providers are solely responsible for their work

Any disputes must be resolved directly between Users, subject to these Terms
4. Eligibility and User Responsibilities
To use the Platform, you must:

Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements

You agree that:

By making a booking, you agree that:

Payments will be processed through third-party payment providers
You authorize Nuve to:

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of your account.
7. Cancellation, Refunds, and Adjustments
Nuve provides a structured cancellation policy to ensure fairness.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in partial or full charges

9. User Conduct and Restrictions
You agree not to engage in any activity that:

Harms or exploits other Users

Circumvents the Platform to avoid fees

Interferes with the operation or security of the Platform
Nuve reserves the right to investigate and take action against violations.
10. User Content and License Grant
By submitting content (including reviews, messages, photos), you grant Nuve a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

Use, reproduce, modify, and display such content

Incorporate content into marketing or promotional materials
You represent that:

You own or have rights to such content

The content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
11. Intellectual Property Rights
All content and materials on the Platform, including logos, designs, software, and trademarks, are owned by Nuve or its licensors.
You may not:

Use Nuve branding without authorization

Attempt to reverse engineer the Platform
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Personal injury or property damage
In all cases, Nuve’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Nuve in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nuve from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of:

14. Arbitration Agreement
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration.

15. Class Action Waiver

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
18. Force Majeure
Nuve shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control.
19. Changes to Terms
Nuve may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
